Can't find your policy number?

You can find your policy number on your policy schedule, which is attached to the confirmation we emailed to you when your policy was first purchased from info@coverwise.co.uk

If your policy is a renewal, or if you have multiple policies with us, please make sure you enter the latest or most relevant policy number.

If you can't find your policy schedule or purchase confirmation email, you can request a resend of your policy documents.
