If you've registered your claim with Davies Group and you're waiting for an update, please be assured that the claims teams are doing everything they can to progress your claim in a timely manner.

Davies Group will contact you whenever the status of your claim changes, and you can check this by:

When requesting an update on your claim, please be sure to provide your:

• Davies Group claim number
• insurance policy number
• full name, email address, phone number and postal address
