Policy renewal

If your annual policy is set to automatically renew when it expires, we’ll aim to renew your cover for another year using the payment details provided when you purchased your original policy.

If your card has expired or you’d like to use a different card for your renewal, we can only update your payment details as part of the renewal process by phone when your policy has entered the final 21 days of its duration.

To update your payment details and renew your cover, please call our UK-based Sales and Service team on 01903 255 650, where one of our experienced agents will be happy to guide you through the process.

Our normal office opening hours are 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
