Members area
If you are a Coverwise Travel Insurance policyholder, our Members Area allows you to view your personal and cover details, download your policy documents and renew your annual policy if it is eligible for renewal.
How to register for the Members Area
You can follow these steps to access the Members Area for the first time:
- After purchasing a Coverwise Travel Insurance policy, visit our new member registration page.
- Enter your policy number (found on your policy schedule and any correspondence we've sent you about your policy) and the email address, date of birth and postcode used for the policyholder details when purchasing your insurance. Press the 'Register now' button.
- Create and confirm a password for your account. Press the 'Set password' button.
- Enter the email address and password of your new account. Press the 'Sign in' button.
- You have now registered for the Members Area and can view your details and policy documents using the buttons at the top of the page.
How to log in to the Members Area
If you have already registered for the Members area, you can follow these steps to log in:
- Visit our Members Area login page.
- Enter your account email address and password. Press the 'Sign in' button.
- You have now logged in to the Members Area and can view your details and policy documents using the buttons at the top of the page.
How to reset your account password
If you can't remember your password, you can follow these steps to reset it:
- Visit our Members Area login page. Press the 'Forgot password' button.
- Enter the email address, date of birth and postcode used for the policyholder details when purchasing your insurance. Press the 'Send password reset email' button.
- Check your emails for a confirmation email from Coverwise with the subject 'Here's the next step to reset your forgotten password'. Use the link in the email to visit our Members Area password reset page.
- Create and confirm a new password for your account. Press the 'Set password' button.
- Your password has now been updated and you can use the 'Continue' button to log in to your account.
How to access your policy documents
Once you have logged in to your account, you can follow these steps to view and download your policy documents:
- From our Members Area landing page (the first page when you log in to your account), press the 'Your policy' button.
- Select the policy number of the policy for which you'd like to view documents to open your Policy Details Summary.
- Under the 'Your Documents' header, you can select the document you'd like to view, and save it as a PDF to your device.
How to renew your annual policy
Please note that only eligible non-medical policies can be renewed online via our Members Area, from 21 days before your original policy expires to 30 days after it expires.
Medical (select) policies can only be renewed by contacting our UK-based Sales and Service team by phone on 01903 255 650 during our normal office opening hours of 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
Once you have logged in to your account, you can follow these steps to renew your annual policy:
- From our Members Area landing page (the first page when you log in to your account), press the 'Your policy' button.
- Below the policy number of the policy you'd like the renew, press the 'Renew' link.
- When you have reviewed the benefits and details of your preferred level of cover, press the 'Select' button.
- Proceed through the eligibility step by answering all questions accurately and honestly. Press the 'Next' button.
- Review your personal details and be sure to update any details that have changed since purchasing your original policy. Press the 'Proceed to secure payment' button.
- Confirm that the displayed address matches the address your payment card is registered with, and update it if necessary. Press the 'Confirm and proceed' button.
- Enter the details you'd like to use to pay for your renewal. Press the 'Confirm my payment' button.
- If you are presented with our Purchase Confirmation page, your policy has been successfully renewed. Your new policy will start one day after the end date of your original policy.
